Maximise socialisation success & compliance: Actively guided play, real life-based exercises, and new pups and people joining each week give puppies a rich array of socialisation experiences during class—and Operation Socialisation means more socialisation outside of class, too.
Real-life themes: Building each week’s activities around problem solving a real-life situation—like stress-free vet visits, easy grooming, mat training for learning to be calm at home and out at cafes and other places, successful loose lead walks, and more —keeps you and your puppy engaged.
Complete at your own pace the whole program. Or you can just join for one or two weeks. Up to you and you’re families schedule! Then when you’re ready you can continue on and join a full obedience with a difference based program like our Senior Puppy, Adolescent or Good Manners Programs.

- Experienced students with first-time puppy owners? No problem. You’ve got this. We always tailor to every puppy and their human and we work at your pace….not ours.
- Have you heard students complain, “They only behave in class!”? Our real-life based curriculum teaches you how to get training success outside your classroom—where it counts most.
- A focus on teaching people in addition to puppies means you learn the skills you need to handle new situations—like situational awareness, working at your puppy’s level (criteria setting), and problem solving.
- You and your puppy will still be able to attend at least some training and socialising in their critical learning period. Your puppy will not miss out and will have less chance of developing unwanted behaviours later on.
- Not socialising your puppy correctly and training basic obedience and handling skills both inside and outside the home will increase the chance of a surrender and/or rehome.
